HISTORY

In 1989, God called together a group of people in Tucson to initiate a new church. Among their initial steps was the selection of a pastor. They called Pat McClanahan (Youth Pastor at Fellowship Bible Church, Little Rock, 1984-1989) to become the first pastor of Tucson Fellowship Bible Church.

After a period of time of refinement, we at FBC identified our purpose. We believe our church to be a life development model . . . for us as a church to bring people to Christ and membership in His church; to build people in maturity in Christ; to train people in a ministry in the church; and to send them forth to a mission in the world.

We are a group of ordinary people who have in common a life-changing belief in an extraordinary person: Jesus Christ.

Fellowship Bible Church is an independent church, and we value our ongoing ties with two “sister” churches – Christ Community Church in Tucson and Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock, Arkansas.
